What is TRX Suspension Training?

Born in the U.S. Navy SEALS and developed by Fitness Anywhere, Suspension Training is a revolutionary method of leveraged bodyweight exercise. Easily set up the portable TRX Suspension Trainer and you're in control. Safely perform hundreds of exercises that build power, strength, fexibility, balance, mobility, and prevent injuries, all at the intensity you choose.

TRX Suspension Training is designed for all people, all ages, all fitness levels and is a fun, fast and effective total body workout. You burn calories and fat while building lean muscle mass and gain joint stability and flexibility. The benefits include improved balance and coordination, improved muscular strength and endurance, improved power and explosiveness, increases energy levels, and improves flexibility.

Our dynamic 60-minute classes offer both kb and TRX drills which change throughout the week. They are formatted on a posted template which allows each individual to work at his/her own pace. Thus experienced participants do not feel held back and newcomers do not feel intimidated that they may not keep up with others. Also I am able to assist those who have concerns regarding exercise execution, technique, etc. It's never the same class twice and it's always challenging and lots of high energy fun! For those who have no prior use of bells or TRX, I offer one-on-one sessions to cover basic movements and techniques; this allows anyone to enter a class environment with some level of comfort. I have been instructing TRX since 2008 and kettlebells since Feb. 2010. I have seen amazing results obtained by students who incorporate this training into their routines.
